Hello, my name is Kevin Doran.
Before I started this business, I noticed a huge void in the way HVAC and contracting companies operate. They aren’t able to provide high levels of customer service along with quality workmanship.
So I founded Doran Consulting and Contracting based on three core values:
• Superior customer service
• Unparalleled professionalism
• Trust and integrity
Prior to starting Doran, I spent 10 years in the U.S. Navy. After being honorably discharged, I moved to Massachusetts and began working in the HVAC industry. As a service manager for several companies, I gained tremendous experience and insight into what customers need from a service provider.
Regardless of where I was working (industrial, commercial, or residential companies), the main complaint from customers was the lack of honest assessments of their systems, an inability to fix problems the first time, and poor communication from the main office.
Our mission is to fill the void and meet those needs, and become the #1 heating and air conditioning contractor in New England. We are committed to providing each customer with the highest level of professionalism, service response, and quality workmanship.
